Purpose
Emails are blocked with the notification VIRUS (Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF)
Resolution
This is because encrypted archives are rejected by default. To unblock it via the admin console, go to:
Configure > Global Settings > AS/AV > Antivirus Settings and un-check 'Block encrypted archives.'
Go to Configure:
Then select Global Settings:
Select now on AS/AV:
Uncheck the Antivirus Settings and un-check 'Block encrypted archives' option:
Then restart the Antivirus service:
zmclamdctl restart
