"No such waitset" errors spammed in mailbox.log after 8.7 upgrade for ZCO users




Problem:

Post upgrading the server to 8.7, the mailbox.log file is filled with 'No such waitset' entries.

Solution :

From the mailbox.log, more than one thread is creating waitsets for the account which cancels the existing thread and hence the message for the ZCO user.
The latest version of ZCO is not found to have this issue. Hence, post upgrading the server to 8.7, ensure to upgrade the version of ZCO for the users to ZCO 8.7.x.
