Problem
How to allow users to receive emails after exceeding quota limit?
Solution
A mailbox that exceeds its quota is still allowed to receive new mail and calendar invites. This quote bypass is only implemented for messages. All other mail items are still affected by the quota.
$ zmprov mc {cos-name} zimbraMailAllowReceiveButNotSendWhenOverQuota TRUE
Change the cos_name to the class of service (COS) where the quota limit is set.
