During the upgrade of a replica, we get the error:

Error: /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/ldap.bak is empty UPGRADE FAILED - exiting.


This is because the backup of ldap wasn't stored. Take a backup there:

/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat /opt/zimbra/data/ldap

Then continue the upgrade using:
