Manually updating Zimbra Usage Reporting Tool ZURT

ZURT has an auto-update feature, in case this breaks (for example if you installed Zimbra 9.0.0.p25) you can manuallyt update ZURT with below steps


Ubuntu

  • apt update
  • apt-get install zimbra-urt

RHEL

  • yum check-update
  • yum install zimbra-urt

Services should be started after the package installation. Check if the services are running again

  • service zurt status

In case services are not running, restart the services

  • service zurt restart
