Custom zmdiaglog path
- This article is a Work in Progress, and may be unfinished or missing sections.
Problem
Unable to take Zmdiaglog due to unavailability of sufficient space in the partition where default directory is residing (/opt/zimbra/data/tmp/)
Solution
Provide the custom path while processing zmdiaglog and it will save the generated zmdiaglog (compressed file) in mentioned path
The custom path can be provided by using -d option (destination), please refer to below command.
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdiaglog -a -j -z -d /provide_path/here Example /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdiaglog -a -j -z -d /tmp
Note
- Make sure to execute the command as a root user
- Do not restart any services before executing the zmdiaglog command.
