Zimbra user

The zimbra user is the system user under which most of the ZCS processes run. This user is created by the installer, and need not be pre-created by the administrator.
If you have already created the zimbra user, make sure that the following things are correct:
- the home directory must be set to /opt/zimbra
- the shell must be set to bash
- the primary group must be zimbra
