* Make sure POP3/IMAP enabled in Gmail

:: To enable POP3
:: Login Gmail account --> Settings (Gear icon on top right) --> See all settings --> Forwarding and POP/IMAP --> enable POP for all mail / Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on

:: To enable IMAP
:: Login Gmail account --> Settings (Gear icon on top right) --> See all settings --> Forwarding and POP/IMAP --> enable IMAP 

* Make sure Less secure apps allowed on Google
:: Login Gmail account --> click on profile image --> Manage your google account --> Security --> Less secure apps --> Turn on access
