Introduction

This aims to be a community updated list of Zimbra Foss Builders/Vendors .

We encourage each one of the Zimbra Foss Builders to use an specific build number in their builds thanks to the --build-no switch (based on the Community based build id explained below) so that it's easier to identify their installations when an user of their builds open a thread in Zimbra Forums.

About Community based builder ids

Select a number from 101 to 999 so that it identifies you as a vendor/builder. Multiply it by 10000 and you have the build number.

Example: 123 becomes 1230000 .

Now you can have additional build numbers (if you wish) if you keep 123 as the first three digits. Example: 1230500 .

Or in other words you can use build numbers from 1230000 to 1239999 .

Finally you should not use a builder id that another builder is already using.
