==Preparing the COS and checking your license==
Microsoft Edge is designed to be a lightweight web browser with a layout engine built around web standards, removing support for legacy technologies such as ActiveX in favor of extensions and integration with other Microsoft services, such as the digital assistant Cortana, OneDrive, and also includes annotation tools and a reading mode.
To use the EAS feature in the Windows Mail app, you need to have a '''Mobile Sync Accounts''' in the Zimbra License. You can check your license with the command:
    zimbra@zimbra-sn-u14-10:~$ zmlicense -p | grep MobileSync*
    MobileSyncAccountsLimit=100
    MobileSyncEnabled=true

If you have a valid license and enough accounts to configure it, enable the Mobile Sync in the COS that you want under '''Home > Configure > Class of Service > YOURCOS > Zimbra Mobile'''

==Advantages of use Zimbra Connector with Microsoft Outlook 2010 and above instead EAS and Mail App==
Zimbra Connector for Outlook (ZCO) has more options than a configuration with Outlook and EAS. With ZCO you can:
* Have the Out-of-Office Synced
* See and manage Shared Items: Mail folders, Calendars, Address Books, etc.
* Have the same rules in WebClient and also in Outlook with ZCO
* All the signatures will sync, some users have different signatures with "template emails"
* Outlook with ZCO permits imporing a .PST from other Outlook versions or previous backup

==Identified Support/Known Issues==
Known issues include the following bugs:
* Is not a Zimbra Issue, [https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/4e6f660d-fe2a-426b-9506-19f6bf2816dc/cannot-movecopy-messages-from-pst-to-activesync-hotmail-folder?forum=outlook in a Microsoft Outlook 2013 EAS account, can't import PST files], only open it in Read-Only, if try to move some email from a opened .pst to the EAS folders, will obtain this error:
