Purpose
Fix a problem where uses are unable to download attachments from the Web Client. See attached image.
Resolution
The COS and account have a configuration that can prevent users from downloaded attachments
TRUE = Blocks the download of all attachments from the web client
FALSE = Enables the download of all attachments from the web client
Check how the COS or the Username has the zimbraAttachmentsBlocked attribute
zmprov gc <cos> zimbraAttachmentsBlocked
zmprov ga <user@domain.com> zimbraAttachmentsBlocked
Change the value of the attribute per COS or per account
zmprov gc <cos> zimbraAttachmentsBlocked FALSE
zmprov ga <user@domain.com> zimbraAttachmentsBlocked FALSE
The result with the attribute in FALSE, is that the User can download the Attachments. See attached image.
