Solution

This type of problem occurs when libreoffice has multiple versions installed.
- Check the package details of libreoffice

- Keep the default version(libreoffice)and remove the higher version
yum remove libreoffice7.2*
- Restart zimbra services
su - zimbra zmcontrol restart
- Able to preview of document
