Problem
Unable to Sync Folders with the server on Outlook for Mac, through IMAP.
Solution
Each folder has to be individually subscribed, as shown below:
To do so,
- On the Tools menu, click IMAP Folders.
- In the left pane of the Folder Browser, under IMAP, click the account. All folders that exist on the mail server are displayed.
Currently subscribed folders are shown in bold text.
- Click on subscribe:
