There are couple of things that may cause this behavior.

1.
1. The very first thing to do in this situation is to change the zimbraPrefMailInitialSearch attribute for the problematic user to the "sent" folder:
zmprob ma rambo@domain.com zimbraPrefMailInitialSearch in:sent
Next, try to login with the user. If you '''can''' login, then there is probably an email in the ''Inbox'' that is causing the issue, but it also could be invalid calendar.

2. Invalid calendar or folder shares
For this point, there is a wiki created [https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/WebUI_issues_caused_by_non-existing_calendar_share  here]. Follow the wiki to troubleshoot the issue.

3. MySQL issues.
Sometimes, this problem can be cause by corrupted mysql index.
