Zimbra Collaboration, by default, saves email for 5 days if the quota of a mailbox is exceeded. Zimbra then sends the email to the recipient if (during this time) the mailbox has space. This can be a huge a problem if you have thousands of mailboxes. In this KB, we will drop an error email when the Mailbox is full without saving it in any queue.
