The following 'Reset' option removes the calendar/address book entries from your device and reloads the calendar/address book from your Zimbra Server.

Reload Address Book from Server

This may only work on newer Blackberry handhelds. If your BlackBerry Curve is running handheld software version 4.5 or higher, you can clear the address book by following these steps:


1 - Enter your Address Book

2 - Click the Menu Key and choose Options

3 - Type the letters RSET (capitals)


Reload Calendars from Server

1 - Enter your Calendar

2 - Click the Menu Key and choose Options

3 - Type the letters RSET (capitals)
