Troubleshooting Zimbra Email Filter IssuesPrevent an newly created mailbox account from receiving emails

Purpose
To help Zimbra Web Client end-users troubleshoot filter issues.
Resolution
Set it to 'Pending'. Pending is a status that can be assigned when a new account is created and not yet ready to become active. The login is disabled and messages are bounced.
This can be done via the CLI as follows:
zmprov ma user@example.com zimbraAccountStatus pending
