Postscreen cache MDB CURSOR FULL

postscreen_cache: MDB_CURSOR_FULL: Internal error

Problem

Unable to send/receive emails and zimbra.log logged with any of the below errors

Error: fatal: error reading lmdb:/opt/zimbra/data/postfix/data/postscreen_cache: MDB_CURSOR_FULL: Internal error - cursor stack limit reached"
Error: int postfix/postscreen[39156]: fatal: lmdb:/opt/zimbra/data/postfix/data/postscreen_cache: internal error: mdb.c:2433: Assertion 'mp->mp_pgno != pgno' failed in mdb_page_touch()
Error: fatal: error updating lmdb:/opt/zimbra/data/postfix/data/postscreen_cache: MDB_PAGE_FULL: Internal error - page has no more space

Solution

Move postscreen cache to temp and restart MTA services.

# mv /opt/zimbra/data/postfix/data/postscreen_cache.lmdb /tmp

Restart MTA services

# su - zimbra
$ zmmtactl restart
