- This article is a Work in Progress, and may be unfinished or missing sections.
Purpose
Microsoft Outlook 2010 came with a known error when you try to use the Freebusy of other users, the complete steps to reproduce the issue are:
- Create a new meeting request.
- Switch to Scheduling view.
- Start adding recipients, typing in names which either resolve to GAL entries immediately (or which display underlined in red after which user selects one name from list of matches).
- Outlook crashes. The number of names added before a crash occurred in my tests varied between 2 and 9.
Resolution
- Uninstall the Microsoft 2/17 update KB2956128 and KB2956054
- Uninstall the Microsoft 3/10 update KB2956203, could be named as KB2965290 also
Additional Content
