== Purpose ==

The user wants to disable OOO reply for external sender.

OOO reply is not sent to external senders, when the user enables OOO for the account.

External senders are specified by zimbraInternalSendersDomain and zimbraPrefExternalSendersType.

This is sometimes justified for privacy and corporate spam blocking reasons.
