Problem

Not able to send/reply emails via web-client, and the following error comes up:

method: [unknown]
msg: no such message part: 2.2
code: mail.NO_SUCH_PART
detail: soap:Sender
trace: qtp509886383-32204:https://192.168.1.0:7443/service/soap/SendMsgRequest:1466069561683:0d6ba27de097a6e3

Solution

This type of issue occurs when the user's signature has corrupt text or an invalid image link. Deleting and recreating the signature resolves this issue.

To fix this:

  • Login to the Webclient
  • Go to Preference >> Signature
  • Remove and re-create the signature.
