Error sending mail from the Web client: Can not send.


Problem:

Not able to send/reply mails via web-client.

Error - method: [unknown] msg: no such message part: 2.2 code: mail.NO_SUCH_PART detail: soap:Sender trace: qtp509886383-32204:https://10.3.32.7:7443/service/soap/SendMsgRequest:1466069561683:0d6ba27de097a6e3

Solution:

This issue occurred when the user account's signature having corrupt test or image, deleting and recreating the signature resolve this issue.

Go to Preference - Signature - Remove the issue causing signature and recreate it.
