This type of issue occurs when the user's signature having corrupt text or invalid image link, deleting and recreating the signature resolves this issue.

Getting NO_SUCH_PART error while sending or replying on a mail from the Webclient

Problem

Not able to send/reply emails via web-client, and the following error comes up:

msg:      no such message part: 2.2
code:     mail.NO_SUCH_PART

Solution

This type of issue occurs when the user's signature has corrupt text or an invalid image link. Deleting and recreating the signature resolves this issue.

To fix this:

  • Login to the Webclient
  • Go to Preference >> Signature
  • Remove and re-create the signature.
