Other people do the hosting. This is just user administration.


•need outlook2003 or 2007 •!use secure connection!

•controlpanel->mail->profiles new is sometimes needed (sometimes auto makes new and switches that to default). Often Auto doesn't create new profile which causes odd errors with login and password (eg asks for password, doesn't accept it, cancel still lets you sync)

•outlook needs to be default mail client

•when adding people to distribution lists if you add then remove a contact without saving in between it will cause an error saying that it can't remove that contact (adding back in doesn't fix it)

•Timezone America/Pheonix is Mountain Time (Alberta)
