If you check your /opt/zimbra/log/spamtrain.log file, and you see this:

20190429234505 Cleanup skipped: mail.example.com is not a spam/ham cleanup host.

Check the following:

zmlocalconfig | grep zmtrainsa_cleanup_host

If nothing returns, or if the setting is false, do the following.

zmlocalconfig -e zmtrainsa_cleanup_host=true

Just remember, if a Zimbra server is running the Spamassassin service, zmtrainsa_cleanup_host must be set to true.
