If an appt is not correctly syncing from your Mac to ZCS, it might be necessary to look in the logs to see what the problem is. The logs are located in ~/Library/Application Support/Zimbra/com.<uuid>. They are rotated every sync and the most current version is sync.log.0. If you view the sync logs, it will usually give you information as to what appointment wasn't syncing and why.
