Problem

Sometimes we need to disable the zimbra Add-ins in Outlook, and to leave them disabled permanently. But when we deselect them in Outlook, after a restart they are again enabled.

Resolution

To disable the add-ins permanently, we need to use regedit, and modify it as Administrator.

1. Open the regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins

Inside you will see the two add-ins we need to disable:
