Hide the free/busy information per calendar
Purpose
Sometimes it's useful to hide the free/busy information for some calendars. Also, if a user is having trouble seeing other free/busy information, check that the calendar does not have this check enabled.
Resolution
Check if the user's calendar isn't excluded for free/busy reporting.
To do so, click on the arrow next to the Calendar, and choose 'Edit Properties':
And in the next box, ensure that 'Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times' is unchecked:
