Fix a Zimbra Web Client AJAX problem after upgraded to ZCS 8.6

Purpose

Fix a Zimbra Web Client AJAX problem after upgraded to ZCS 8.6.

You can see additional in the logs:

Error in logs mailbox.log : 2015-06-10 01:44:53,546 WARN [qtp509886383-35981:http://127.0.0.1:80/service/soap/GetInfoRequest] [oip=192.168.248.38;] SoapEngine - no valid authtoken present: cannot dispatch request

Resolution

To resolve the issue we have changed the attribute :

zmprov gacf zimbraCsrfTokenCheckEnabled
zimbraCsrfTokenCheckEnabled: TRUE

Change it to False :-

zmprov mcf zimbraCsrfTokenCheckEnabled FALSE

To reflect the changes we need to restart all mailbox services by -

zmmailboxdctl restart
