Problem

Files not readable warnings in Admin Console ( Home > Network Moudules NG > Notifications )

Warnings:

- File /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.conf is not readable
- File /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.conf.default is not readable
- File /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.ldif is not readable
- File /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.ldif.default is not readable

Solution

This issue is due incorrect file permission. To fix this run the below commands as root user.

chmod 644 /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.conf 
chmod 644 /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.conf.default 
chmod 644 /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.ldif 
chmod 644 /opt/zimbra/common/etc/openldap/slapd.ldif.default

If the issue persists then raise a support ticket with Zimbra support.
