Overview

  • If user's account is configured in ZCO we can rename the ".zdb" file from the given path to .pst and we've got the mailbox in a PST file, as long as the mailbox is fully synced.
C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\<profile>.zdb
  • The structure of .zdb is same as .pst
