Problem

By default, free/busy lookup is enabled for the user's calendars.

Allow only a few users or a group of users to view free/busy and schedule meetings with a calendar resource.

Solution

From the webclient

Right-click on the calendar and select "Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy".

Exclude FreeBusy.PNG

From the CLI
Step 1

Check folder list to get calendar name.

zmmailbox -z -m USERNAME@DOMAIN.COM gaf

Step 2

Disable free/busy lookup for the calendar.

zmmailbox -z -m USERNAME@DOMAIN.COM mfefb /CALENDAR-NAME 0

Example:-

zmmailbox -z -m USERNAME@DOMAIN.COM mfefb /MyCalendar 0

modifyFolderExcludeFreeBusy(mfefb) {folder-path} [0|1*]
0 = False
1 = True
