Creating an Email Signature
Purpose
To teach Zimbra end-users how to create an email signature (Zimbra Web Client and Zimbra Desktop).
Resolution
You can create an email signature using Zimbra Preferences.
Click Signatures on the Preferences tab, then use the formatting options to create your email signature.
Some good things to know when creating a signature are:
- Be sure that you are formatting as HTML. If you cannot see the HTML options, change the option in the menu.
- Click the graphic button to add a graphic to your signature.
- Click the link button to add a link to your signature.
