Change time format in the Web Client from ''''Noon'''' to "PM". If you want to change Noon to 12:00 PM in Zimbra’s Calendar, there is no easy way like a configuration change through zmprov’s CLI or the Webclient. 
You need to edit the specific language configuration file that is in use by the account. Doing a quick look at the ''''Noon'''' property:
