Change synchronization interval in ZCO


Problem:

In Zimbra connector for Outlook (ZCO), shared calendars are sync every 30 minutes. Is it possible to reduce this delay and sync shared calendar every 5 minutes ?

Solution:

Change the automatic synchronization interval on your Outlook client from 

'Send/Receive>Send/Receive Groups>Define Send/Receive Groups>Schedule an automatic Send/Receive every x minutes' option

This will change the complete synchronization durationon ZCO.
